Dia Trescientos Cincuenta y Tres // Day Three Hundred & Fifty-Three

Since learning that I am a coeliac, I have had to find an alternative to the gluten-laden foods surrounding breakfast. This is the alternative. For the past six weeks now, my breakfast has consisted of natural yoghurt, LSA, fruit and natural peanut butter. Normally I used to have different phases at breakfast time, alternating between toast, fruit and all manner of cereals. However, I look forward to breakfast each morning when this only takes 3 minutes to make.
