Dia Doscientos Noventa y Cinco // Day Two Hundred & Ninety-Five

Today’s HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout consisted of these five exercises. Definitely felt a lot longer than 20 minutes but I felt great for doing it once I had finished. 

HIIT workouts are definitely something to try if you are new to fitness and exercise, especially as you can tailor it to suit area you want to improve on or avoid due to injury.
