Dia Doscientos Catorce // Day Two Hundred & Fourteen

31.07.2016 Sunday

This weather cannot be it. This cannot be Summer. The English are notorious for moaning about the state of the weather in their own country but when you eventually emerge from the icy mornings and dark evenings you have somewhat of a righteous, expectant attitude towards Summer. Constant grey skies and rain is not what I feel I deserve.

I have told many a friend that Summer time (when the sun is blazing and the evenings long) is best in England. Due to good weather being somewhat of a rarity, when it does occur people ensure they make the most of it and the atmosphere of villages and towns alike, dramatically changes for the better. There is no place like England when the sun is shining, I just hope that it’s going to arrive soon.
