I spent the day in Cambridge today and was once again reminded of England’s historical beauty. Steeped in history, the city was buzzing early this morning when I arrived; people going about their weekend jobs, tourists stopping for photos every hundred metres and bikes in abundance. This city can rival Amsterdam’s love and use of the two-wheeled transportation. I love that access to and from places, in and around, the city centre is easier when commuting by bike rather than by car, train or bus. When a city learns to embrace cycling, it opens it’s doors to tourism, to culture and to forward thinking.
