Dia Ciento Treinta y Cuatro // Day One Hundred & Thirty-Four

12.05.2016 Thursday

Another spectacular day living in Hertfordshire. Hot, sunny and full of nature’s bright colours. I heard the other day on a radio program that some people find the rapeseed fields to be an eyesore at this time of year as they stand out vividly against the traditional rolling green hills of the English countryside. I wholeheartedly disagree. I absolutely love the bright yellow fields as, to me, it signifies that not only has Spring arrived; Summer is well on its way – this makes me incredibly happy.

I will leave you with a fun fact; rapeseed is the third largest crop exported by the UK each year following closely behind the ever popular wheat and barley crops. šŸŒ¾
